Residential Interior Design Fee
BDT 90 - 160 per sft. (USD 0.75 - 1.30 per sft)

Commercial Interior Design Fee
BDT 140 - 280 per sft (USD 1.15 - 3.30 per sft)

Design Schedule and Duration

STEP 1:
First Site Visit + Cost Estimation to complete the project.
(To confirm a site visit outside Dhaka, a non-refundable fee of BDT 10,000 is payable in advance.)
Duration- 3-7 days

STEP 2:
Initial 2D Drawings + Floor Plans + Initial BOQ + Meeting with Client
Duration- 1-2 days

STEP 3:
3D Model + Three (3) Rendered Images + Meeting with Client
Duration- 2-3 days

STEP 4:
(studio time to progress design) + Two (2) Revisions + Meetings with Client
Duration- 6-9 days

STEP 5:
Final 2D Drawing + Three (3) Final Rendered Images + Final BOQ
Duration- 3-5 days

Total Duration- 15-26 days - READY FOR CONSTRUCTION
